How do you package records for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are packed securely with stiffeners to prevent corner dings and ring wear during transit.

Can I pick up my order at the shop in The Hague?

Yes! You can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Once your order is ready, you can visit our store in The Hague during regular business hours to collect your records.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
